This Privacy Policy explains how Waivo Edge ("Waivo Edge," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use waivoedge.com and our related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Email address — when you join our early-access or marketing list.
• Account information — when account login becomes available, information such as your email, password, and profile details.
• Payment information — when you purchase a subscription. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. We receive limited information such as a transaction confirmation, the last four digits, and billing status.
• Communications — information you provide when you contact us.

Information collected automatically:

• Limited technical data — such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested, recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site. We do not currently use analytics tools or non-essential cookies to track your activity.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2. How we use information

We use information to: operate, provide, and improve the Service; send you the launch announcement and (if you opt in) marketing emails; create and manage your account; process subscriptions and payments and send related notices (including renewal reminders and price-change notices); respond to your requests; analyze usage; protect against fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who work on our behalf (for example, email delivery, hosting, and payment processing), under contracts that limit their use of the information;
• Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service;
• A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our site does not currently set non-essential cookies or use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. We load web fonts from a third-party provider (Google Fonts), which may receive your IP address in order to serve those fonts but does not set cookies through our site. If we introduce analytics or non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and request your consent where required by law. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Where required by California's Automatic Renewal Law, we retain proof of a subscriber's consent to automatic renewal for at least three years, or one year after the subscription ends, whichever is longer.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

• Email opt-out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction, deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing waivo.ai@gmail.com.
• California residents. Depending on applicable thresholds, California law (the CCPA/CPRA) may give California residents rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact waivo.ai@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
• Other states / international users. The Service is operated from the United States and your information is processed in the U.S. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to that processing. Residents of certain other jurisdictions may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact waivo.ai@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
